AGM Voting Form

How to Use this Voting Form:

This form is only to be used if you are not attending the AGM and you do not want to give your proxy vote to another member.  You may vote for as few or as many motions as you wish. It is not necessary to vote on all motions. For each of the motions below that you want to vote on please select Yes, No or Abstain.

For the election of the committee select who you feel would fit these positions to benefit the club

Motions

1.Validation Previous Minutes

Person/s proposing: COMMITTEE                    

Resolution required:  Ordinary

That the minutes of the last general meeting of the Club, as recorded in the minute book, are a true and accurate account of the proceedings of that meeting.

2. Financial Report

Person/s proposing: COMMITTEE                 

Resolution required:   Ordinary

That the annual accounts be accepted as presented in the statement of accounts.

3. Auditor

Person/s proposing: COMMITTEE                 

Resolution required:   Special

That the club’s Statement of Accounts for the financial year ending 30/06/2023 to be audited by Andrew McCormack Accounting

4. Election of Committee

Person/s proposing: COMMITTEE                 

Resolution required:   Ordinary

Election of  President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee members

I / We require that this voting paper, completed by me /us, be recorded as my / our vote in respect of the motions set out above.
