Participation conditions (one class) 
Licensees who are the registered owner of 1 class of category H weapon must participate in a minimum of 6 handgun shooting competitions, for that class, conducted on different days in each financial year.

Participation conditions (multiple weapon classes)
If the licensee is the registered owner of 2 or more classes of category H weapons, the licensee must use a weapon in a minimum of 4 club-organised shoots for each class in each financial year. 

Six of the club-organised shoots must be handgun shooting competitions and, if one (1) of the classes is the high calibre weapons class, at least 4 of the club organised shoots for a weapon from the high calibre weapons class must be accredited events.

Pursuant to Weapons Act 1990, section 158.

Giving false or misleading information may incur a maximum penalty of 100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.

Pursuant to Weapons Act 1990, section 34.

Contravention of licence conditions may incur a maximum penalty of 60 penalty units or 1 year imprisonment.

By submitting this form you, the above named , do hereby state that you have correctly completed the above information required of you for the past financial year, and have entered all the relevant information as per your participation record card as endorsed by an approved Range Officer (Pursuant to the Weapons Act 1990 Section 133)

It is a Pine Rivers Shooting Club requirement that this Participation Form is completed by any Concealable Firearms Licence holder renewing their membership and returned to the Club with their membership renewal.

*Pursuant to the Weapons Act 1990, Section 140 if you DO NOT inform the Club of your participation during the preceding financial year, the Club will be OBLIGATED to report to Weapons Licensing Group that you have failed to satisfy your participation requirements.
